This beautiful 1898 villa in the Altona district of Hamburg combines the best of old and new, thanks to the refined eye of its owner. In need of a major renovation, new owners Karin Schandorff and husband Jens were careful to preserve such original elements as the stucco, floors and tiles while updating other areas such as the kitchen.
