In 2011 I featured the beautiful Friesland home of Dutch felt artist Paula Leen and her partner Kees Middendorp, the harbormaster of the village of Akkrum where they live. It's still one of my all time favourite spaces, so it was a true pleasure to see a new series of photos over at Dwell. I love the soft blues, grays and natural wood tones throughout, all evocative of the sky, fields and canals of the countryside surrounding them. Just lovely. More here on Dwell.
