Atmospheric in Milan
  • An 18th century palazzo in Milan, transformed by Dimore Studio into what they describe as "a container for contemporary life." Love the wide ranging mix of eras in the furnishings throughout — beautifully done. More here on yellowtrace — and you can see Dimore Studio's own Milan home on an earlier automatism post here.

When Dimore Studio got their hands on this 18th century Milanese Palazzo, they conceived the apartment as “a container for contemporary life.” Approached as a place to house collected objects, the designers curated a series of pieces from distant times and places. These pieces have been arranged in refreshingly unexpected combinations.
