Corbusier Inspiration in Paris
  • American-born architect Michael Herrman was inspired by a famous 1930s apartment design by Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret when it came to renovating the 1790s Paris flat he shares with his wife, Cécile and their little daughter Rose. The result is intriguing vistas within the space — one that leaves original details untouched while adding modern ones for contrast, such as that extraordinary glass floor that allows a second level and natural light. So interesting. More here on Dwell.
