- The 19th century Seville apartment of painter Chema Rodriguez has, amazingly, been pretty much untouched since it was first built. When he bought it, Chema was keen to keep it as intact as possible, relishing the cracks and chips caused by time — a window and two mezzanines are the biggest changes made to the space.
