- Louis and Sarah Bonard left behind a typical Paris apartment of stucco and parquet floors for a much more adventurous space to live in with their teenage children — an old office building. Working with architect Antonio Virga, they replaced windows, took out walls, put in floors (carefully aged afterwards) but left the original concrete beams and red brick walls. Furnished with flea market finds, it's an industrial chic space with wonderful views over the rooftops of Paris. More here in Rum Hemma.
