This beautiful Brooklyn brownstone is also a hard working one — so far this year, it's appeared in 13 ads, while last year it was in 9 (and 2 the year before). It's all the sweeter to hear after finding out that owner Merele Williams-Adkins and her husband Terry Adkins did most of the renovation work themselves, removing countless layers of lead paint and more to uncover the beauty hidden beneath.
