- A tiny 50 square metre former artist's studio in the 20th arrondissement of Paris has a new lease of life as a loft, thanks to the clever design of Sandra Gaudenzi and Gianluca De Giorgio of NZI Architectes. Taking advantage of the space's high ceilings, the pair created three half levels, giving the owner a living room, kitchen with table and bar, a sleeping area and study as well as a bathroom — all with lots of natural light. A true bonus, though, is the small inner courtyard, which becomes another room on sunny days. Lovely. More here on Living.
