Today I'm admiring the elegantly minimalist Fallen Tree bench by young French designer Benjamin Graindorge. Made from a carefully carved oak tree and a simple slab of glass, one side still retains the original branches, acting both as a support and as reminder of the wood’s living origins. Lovely.
