  • Architect Jeff Sherman, of Delson or Sherman Architects, is definitely not afraid of a challenge — in 2000 he bought a dilapidated row house in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn that was the scariest building on the block. Working on a tight budget as his own general contractor and builder, he spent the next ten years transforming a wreck into the elegantly modern home he lives in today.
