This charming house in Notting Hill, London is the home of Esta and Richard and their three children. With the help of the decorating firm Retrouvius, after seven years living there they took the plunge, renovated, and now have a space that reflects their tastes — one with a midcentury sensibility. After being completely gutted and redesigned inside, their house now is a mix of the pretty colours of the 1940s and the cleaner style of the 1950s, furnished with vintage and flea market pieces — all given a fresh look with new covers or paint.
