- This lovely little Stockholm apartment, located inside a beautiful 1891 house, is home to Amelia and Andrew Lönngren-Widell, both photographers (Amelia is also a stylist). Their cultivated eye is evident everywhere, as is their travels around the world, with English chesterfield sofas accessorized with sheepskin from Gotland, pillows from Africa — and lots of beautiful items from Morocco, too (Amelia helped her father Bengt run the interior design shop Maroc for several years — there were many shopping trips there). Amelia and Andrew describe their look as "rock bohemian," and their relaxed approach extends to how they organize their space — the dining room is used as the bedroom, where they also have hidden away the TV instead of having it in in view in the living room. The high ceilings work well for them, too — they can rig up a mini studio in the living room when needed. Content with their home — the only major work was painting the yellowing linoleum kitchen floor tomato red — they live and work harmoniously in their lovely and interesting home.
