- Anders and Brinja believe that a home should be a happy place to live in — as can be seen by the photos of their cheerful space here. They also believe in mixing old and new. The old European maps that decorate the walls of the main living area were found by Anders at a flea market several years ago, and an old school desk is the computer area — all an indirect reference to Anders' profession as teacher — while in the dining area, the table (with repainted legs) from Ikea is surrounded by classic Eames chairs and lit with lamps by Poul Henningsen and Verner Panton. Two old cinema seats become extra seating for guests, their cheerful green offset by the vintage reddish wallpaper from the 70's. They enjoy their eclectic collection of old and new, but they remain focused on what they feel is the most important thing a house should be — somewhere to relax and have fun. Via Skona hem.
