Photographer Peter Tonningsen's Flotsam & Jetsam series consists of discarded objects from the sea, collected after they've washed up on the shores of San Francisco Bay. Peter then photographs them, afterwards arranging them into groups — thereby changing the context of the objects while still making a quiet statement about the fragility of our marine environment.
