Furniture designer Cisco Pinedo and his wife Alba wanted a family home with a sense of serenity and warmth, so when they remodeled their California home, they focused on retaining a sense of space, keeping only objects that had a sense of meaning for them personally — a mix of items discovered in their travels and at flea markets. The result is a peaceful and comfortable home that's also well suited to their love of entertaining — family, friends and neighbors drop by regularly.
