This beautiful space is the home of Oliver Gustav, who owns a fascinating shop of the same name in Copenhagen — the store is located on the ground floor of the old distillery and Oliver lives on the floors above. Very basic in some ways — there's no heating — it more than makes up for this in the sheer beauty of the interiors (and those amazing still life compositions).
