- Bob Weinstein and his partner Eric Hensley wanted a space that would be a home, an office/work space and a print making studio. So when they found a rough, L-shaped 5,600 square foot space in a former mercantile building in Manhattan’s Chelsea district, they felt they'd found the perfect solution.
